La pédophilie au plus haut niveau. Pedophils at the highest level.

Talpes & Treptow,  Kouchner & Sounalet

The Talpes & Treptow,  Kouchner & Sounalet

Condemned to a life sentence for hold-ups, Sounalet remained some thirty-three years in prison, before being released, what presumes according to French standards, that he must have been violent.

He had enrolled in "Pharmacists of the World", then in "Doctors of the World", with the group of Bernard Kouchner, former French Minister for health. He must have been valiant for his age. In 1994, at the age of sixty years, he left to Rwanda in full genocide. Poincaré, international reporter for "France Inter" and "France Info", had then covered the case.

The association of Kouchner had made a reception centre for thirty-six children who had not found their families. He had then announced the intrigues of a man who under the cover humanitarian mission, abused the Rwandan children of which he was in charge, said his friends. The following year, the NGO was kicked out of the country by the local authorities and Sounalet returned to France. The convict had become poet: he published a book of photographs, together with lyric comments, "for the benefit of the victims".

In 1996, Sounalet was appointed  in Romania, president of an association of assistance to the Popricani orphanage near Iasi, where lived Treptow.  He lived in the orphanage among the children, in spite of his criminal record, which is not of a nature to suppose he was virgin.

He operated a scientific sexual harassment, offering money to the young people, promising they would be the first adopted, or to obtain them a job of teacher when they would become major of age. Without family, orphans of a country of an infinite poverty, they were to see an opportunity to escape from their destiny. Attacked by this man who had spent thirty-three years prison, they did not stand a chance to escape from rape.

Two months after the Treptow scandal, five of Sounalet' victims had become young men and one a teacher, as promised. Seeing the inability of their senior minister to justice to save Treptow, they felt they had a chance to get justice for themselves.

When the news of his imprisonment for sexual perversions and corruption of minors reached France, the private jet of Bernard Kouchner landed in Romania to plead for his defence.

At the provincial Law Court of Urziceni, the former minister was surrounded of Raymond Aubrac, famous war under-ground resistant; Jean-Louis Machuron, founder of association "Pharmacists without Borders"; Pierre Pradier, former manager of "Doctors of the World", Daniel Karlin, famous scenario writer, Remi Lainé, journalist for "Gamma", "Libération" and the television press with TF1 and of course: the International reporter Poincaré.

The Supporting Committee of Sounalet worried that amalgams be made between their case and that of Treptow, of which they said that "having become politically embarrassing, he had been accused to have organized pleasure parties with minors of ages what, was of public notoriety but had never seemed to bother anybody."

Sounalet appeared as a  old man, said to be dying of  cancer. His supporting committee  was of such prodigality that one of the plaintiffs retracted his complaint, to the great anger of the four others. In a few days, all the young people of the area ran, in the hope of a little money in exchange of false evidences. Even the Mayor of Popricani testified, as if he had held the candle at the time or Michel Sounalet had NOT raped any children.

The paedophile pled of a plot, presenting multiple versions. It acted of the revenge on the former boarder who had become employed on the orphanage and to whom the former convict would have reproached his violent attitude towards the children. Then, it acted of a plot of the Management of the child welfare, which he had suspected of the embezzlements to the detriment of the orphans, and this why he thought of carrying a formal complaint against them. Finally: the plaintiffs had said only lies. Into private, they admitted having been constrained to lie about him.

He saved thousands of children, whereas all the armies fled", said Mr Kouchner. Never, Ô never, we ever suspected Michel, on the contrary we entrusted hundreds and thousands of children to him. I do not regret it, I would entrust them to him tomorrow, as soon as he leaves prison.

It was relatively effective, since Sounalet will be condemned to no more than six hundred euro of fine, and four years of prison, whereas he risked fifteen years. Several calls for gifts had been launched to finance this defence. He would have probably avoided prison, if the cost of the private jet, of the restaurant, hotel rooms and bribes, had not been offered immediately to the young people. However with the help of the good contacts, he was released after eight month. Treptow was sentenced seven years prison and $35.000 damage.

In March 2003, a private missive come from the Forum of the Balkans: Romania decided to block all the adoptions. The two French paedophiles that took care of orphanages in the area of Lasi, made adopt children by other paedophiles that they knew. The situation should change in 2007 with the entrance of Romania in the European Union.

Antonov Réunir NigerIn 2005,  Bernard Kouchner made a grand mission in Niger, the poorest country of the world, with Michel Sounalet, cured from his cancer and then aged seventy one.

For the tsunami, the answer was hundred times higher than the request, so much so that NGO do not know how to spend the "gold mine". (...) To follow upon this report, the former minister launched a vibrating call to the international solidarity, aiming at installing a food logistic base and to proceed to the distribution of food. A professional team was joined together, explains the association.

Beside the "professional" Sounalet: Khélil Aïtout, with whom the paedophile had rescued the children from Rwanda, whereas all the armies fled. Those young war victims who had been abused by a man of the mission. Another grand professional: Benjamin Sannino, seventh prize winner of the price of the "super-salesmen of the 'CORDLESS' range of 'Flash' luminaries". The talk is sensational, palpitating, heroic:

On the spot in Maradi, the Army native of Niger made safe the airport so that neither the inhabitants, nor the animals cross the landing strip. The governor is present, as well as national television and of the international media: TV Niger, Times of London, BBC world, Reuters, AP. It is the plane of Bernard Kouchner that lands..."

Under the pretext that the team of the World Food Program did not unload the food quickly enough, it was moved away as from the tarmac: the members of Mr Kouchner' association rented a warehouse, and unloaded the food there themselves, while waiting for the arrival of a NGO, member of the French associative network.

Would that be where the "gold mine" goes?
